What would you do if your life turns upside down in a day? Or worse, you lose half your memory? Vinci Raj, the man behind the poster designs of the magnum opus movies of super star Kabali, Kaala and most recently, Darbar. The man has created posters that have caused a rave among the social media audience for its creativity and élan .The path to this fame, however, didn’t come easy to him. This Bengaluru based guy was working as the creative head of an ad agency when he met with an unfortunate accident. As a result he suffered partial memory loss and lost almost everything he built for 35 years. A die hard Rajini fan, he claimed that his love for the hero and art never fully left him even after the unfortunate mishap. He decided to keep pushing in the field he had loved through his life even if he had to relearn his software from scratch.The turning point in his life came when he was asked to design the first look poster for Kabali. Though initially skeptical about his output, he took time to learn his software and get back in the design bandwagon. He poured all the love he had for his job and hero into the poster which went on to become a huge success among the audiences. There was no turning back for him after this and he went on to design the first look posters of two other consecutive Rajini movies namely, Kaala and Darbar. The man is a stark example of how to get going even in the face of the worst of situations.
